Gravity Mountain Bikes
The Gravity Mountain Bikes company was formed through Project Gravity X, an idea originally created by members of Rough Riderz downhill club, to develop and build the best 4 wheeled downhill mountain bike on the market.
This has resulted in the founder member of the club launching this new business, focussed on working with the right technical experts and leading companies within the MTB industry, to develop a practical, suitable and affordable gravity bike.
The overall aim is to introduce this inclusive sport to a much wider audience, promoting it as an integrated extreme sport worldwide. The final product will be an unrivalled machine, using the latest technology, parts and components, to create a high performance four wheel, full suspension gravity mountain bike.
Welcome to my world, and the ramblings of a slightly damaged extreme sports fan! This is the place where we will be posting all the latest news, photos and video links about products, testing, updates, and any other information relevant to the business and our customers...
After our initial test runs with the first prototype at Whinlatter, in very dry weather, we carried out further tests on trails at the Forest of Dean in slightly damper […]

Finally, there’s light at the end of the tube… with the new gravity biking jig now ready for building the first prototype bike frame. After our meeting with the manufacturer […]
We have been working with some of the leading designers, manufacturers and other experts within the MTB industry and beyond, to build an affordable gravity bike that is fun to ride, simple to service and easy to maintain.
The new bike frame has been designed for improved handling and performance, with high quality brakes, wheels, hubs, seating, steering and suspension.
Once we have successfully tested the prototype machine with the various parts and components we have selected, we will be able to supply a full inventory of the specification of the new bike.
We will list the various options available for the bikes too, including any extras and/or upgrades. We also plan to provide a list of available colours for different parts/components, and frame colours/designs, etc.
Final price of the base model of the bike is to be confirmed very soon...

The ordering process we be made as simple as possible, with an order form being emailed to customers, enabling them to select the exact specification required. Payment will be made securely with a BACS transfer, with a 50% deposit required on placing an order and the balance to be paid prior to delivery.
For non-UK residents, all transactions must still be paid in GBP, with any additional banking costs covered by the purchaser. There may also be additional packing and shipping costs to consider, which will be quoted on an individual case-to-case basis.
